Taking the first step can feel difficult

If you’re thinking about counselling, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want to talk about or give me a long explanation about what’s happening.

A simple email or phone call is absolutely fine.

I offer counselling for adults, teenagers and young people, with face-to-face sessions in Haywards Heath and online counselling available.

Free initial telephone consultation

I offer a free initial 50-minute telephone consultation before you decide whether you’d like to begin counselling.

This gives us an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you’re hoping for from our sessions and any questions or concerns you might have.

It’s also a chance for you to get a sense of me and whether you feel I might be the right counsellor for you.

There is no obligation to continue afterwards.

Face-to-face counselling in Haywards Heath

Face-to-face sessions take place at Vinings Natural Health Centre in Haywards Heath.

Vinings is a shared professional space used by a number of health and mental health practitioners and provides a private and comfortable setting for our counselling sessions.

I’ll provide any further information you need before your first appointment.

Online counselling

I also offer online counselling if you prefer the flexibility of meeting remotely.

You can attend your session from a private space where you feel comfortable, and we can discuss whether face-to-face or online counselling would suit you best when we first speak.

Not sure whether counselling is right for you?

That’s absolutely fine.

You don’t need to make a decision before contacting me.

Whether you’re looking for counselling for yourself, for a teenager or young person, or simply have a question about how counselling works, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Sometimes the first conversation is simply about finding out what happens next.
